1. Controller and Processor Roles
CrawlBrain plays two different roles depending on the data involved.
Where we act as data controller. For your account registration, billing, support, and general use of our website and application, MINBO QRE SRL determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the data controller.
Where we act as data processor. When you connect a website to CrawlBrain, we process the content of that website and the questions submitted by your site visitors in order to return search results and answers. For this data:
You, the customer who connects the website, act as the data controller and are responsible for the lawful basis, notices, and consents relating to your visitors' data.
CrawlBrain acts as a data processor, processing that data only on your documented instructions and only to provide the Service.
A Data Processing Agreement that reflects Article 28 GDPR is available to customers on request. If you are a visitor to a website that uses CrawlBrain, please contact that website's owner regarding their privacy practices, as they control how the Service is used on their site.
