QUESTION 01
What is CrawlBrain? Is it a chatbot?
Answer
It is your search bar, upgraded. Visitors type a question and get a written answer with source links, in the same place they always searched.
One search bar doing two jobs. As someone types, matching pages appear straight away. When they press Enter, an answer appears above those pages, written from your content.
The finding half is the part most people underestimate. A keyword search bar matches letters. CrawlBrain matches meaning, so it still finds the right page when the wording is nothing like your own.

QUESTION 02
This is the fear that stops most people from putting AI on a public website, and it is a reasonable one. An answer engine that invents your return policy in front of a paying customer is not a bug, it is an incident.
So CrawlBrain is built the other way round. The answer is assembled from pages it retrieved a moment earlier, and those pages are shown underneath as clickable cards. If it cannot find them, it does not write an answer.
Can it make things up in front of my customers?
Answer
It answers only from your pages, shows the source on every reply, and stays silent when it has nothing to cite.

Your content, and nothing else
Silence over invention

QUESTION 03
Most tools treat a failed question as a dead end. It is the opposite. A question your site cannot answer is a customer telling you exactly what to write next, in their own words, for free.
You do not have to publish a blog post to fix it either. Some answers should not live on a public page at all, and a short internal snippet handles those without forcing anything into your site map.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
Answer
It admits it does not know, then logs the question. You answer it once and every future visitor gets that answer.

QUESTION 04
Will it work on my site?
Answer
If your content is on the public web, it can read it. Sitemap, JavaScript pages and nightly re-reads are all handled for you.
You paste your address and it does the rest. Pages, products, FAQs, docs, blog posts. You decide what goes in and what stays out.
When a page cannot be read, you get told why. Not "indexing failed", but the actual reason: the response code, the redirect chain, or the name of the firewall that turned us away, with instructions for allowing us through.

QUESTION 05
Do I need a developer to install it?
Answer
No. Paste your URL, then copy one line of code. The widget finds your search bar itself. WordPress users install a plugin instead.
